Dr.Stefania Passamonte

LPMAM President

Dr. Stefania Passamonte is the Executive Director of LPMAM and is the vision of the organisation. She is involved in the day-to-day operations and leads the team of world class faculty in designing an advanced curriculum that attracts talented students from all around the world. She is a classically trained concert pianist and recording artist on the Master Chord Records label and has performed throughout Europe. Her professional experience includes: President of Master Chord Records, Featured Successful UK Entrepreneur by the British Council Global University Campaign, member of the Recording Academy for the Grammy Awards in the U.S. and the BPI for the Classic BRITS in the UK. Stefania also served as Artistic Director of the Italian Cultural Institute in London for several years and is now also a radio broadcaster for award winner WRS. Stefania holds a Law degree from University of Modena & Reggio Emilia, a Masters Degree in Classical Performance from Saint Cecilia Academy, Italy and Postgraduate Degree in music performance from Royal Academy of Music, London.

Sir Peter Birkett

Sir Peter Birkett is an educator and entrepreneur, with over 30 years in the world of education starting as a lecturer and progressing to Principal and CEO in the state sector, he was then appointed CEO (UK and Europe) for GEMS the largest private education schools group in the world – whilst at GEMs he was instrumental in developing the $1 million teacher award. He then created an educational consultancy company p5e before founding Highgate Hill House School in Devon, taking the school to over £1.2 million in just one year. In 2007 Pete formed the UKs first FE college academy Federation and over 5 years quadrupling revenue to c£65 million with over £20 million in reserves. This blueprint has now been adopted across the UK and globally. Peter was first trained as an engineer, before qualifying as a teacher at the University of Huddersfield, and completed his studies with a Master degree in Leadership, Management and IT at the University of Reading. Peter was Knighted in the 2012 Queens Golden Jubilee Birthday Honours for services to further education and the academy movement.
